Product Overview
This integrated system combines a 10-head 1.6 L multihead weigher with a CBW-E420 vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine. It is designed for 200 g rice packs and can also handle grains, seeds, sugar, salt and similar free-flowing granules.
The multihead weigher calculates the best hopper combination for the target weight, then discharges the product into the packaging machine. The CBW-E420 automatically pulls film, forms the bag, fills, seals and cuts it for continuous production.
Digital load cells, independent feeder adjustment, modular controls, servo film pulling, PLC operation and photoelectric registration support stable automated packaging.
