The second-generation modular 0.8 L mini multihead weigher is engineered for accurate portioning of small granules and low target weights. It is suitable for tea, seeds, coffee beans, chocolate beans, seasonings and similar free-flowing products.
High-precision digital load cells and independently controlled weigh hoppers support stable combination weighing. Individual feeder amplitudes can be adjusted to improve material distribution, while the machine pauses automatically when material is insufficient.
The modular control platform stores up to 100 product programs and supports factory-parameter recovery, closed-loop diagnostics and interchangeable drive and A/D modules for easier maintenance.
