CBWPACK Manufacturing Growth: From 2007 to Global Weighing and Packaging Projects

Established in 2007, CBWPACK has developed an 8,000 m² manufacturing facility, an 85-person team and project experience across more than 60 countries and regions.

Exterior of the CBW manufacturing facility

CBWPACK was established in 2007 to develop weighing and packaging equipment for food and non-food applications. The company’s current manufacturing and engineering resources support standalone multihead weighers as well as integrated packaging systems.

Manufacturing capability

CBW operates an 8,000 m² manufacturing facility with 85 employees. The facility supports equipment fabrication, assembly, electrical integration, testing and shipment preparation. Approximately 4,000 units are shipped annually across the company’s product range.

Engineering and after-sales teams

The company has 9 R&D and technical engineers and 10 after-sales service engineers. Engineering work covers application review, system configuration, control integration and project documentation. After-sales arrangements are confirmed according to the supplied equipment, destination and contract scope.

Testing and production planning

Customer-material trial testing is available when product behavior needs to be evaluated before shipment. Equipment follows a 168-hour continuous pre-shipment testing process. Standard production planning is 25 days for a multihead weigher and 45 days for a complete packaging line, subject to final configuration and order requirements.

International project experience

CBW equipment has been exported to more than 60 countries and regions. International projects may involve OEM or ODM requirements, local bag formats, different electrical standards and integration with equipment supplied by other manufacturers. Each project therefore requires a technical review before the final configuration is confirmed.

Warranty and verified project information

CBW provides a 12-month warranty. Product specifications, acceptance criteria, service scope and spare-parts arrangements must be recorded in the quotation or technical agreement. This helps buyers compare proposals using the information that applies to their actual project rather than generic marketing claims.

Customers planning a weighing or packaging project can send product details, target weight, required output, bag style and workshop layout for an application review.
